Whether you're attaching Scans, Incoming Files, Quotes, Letters... any type of file you want associated with a Contact or Company, The FileManger gives you organized, easy access.
The FileManger adds a tab in the lower section of Act!. To see any attachment, just click on The FileManager Tab. Every Folder, Subfolder and Document associated with that Contact/Company is presented for easy access. Or you can click on The FileManger Icon on the ToolBar to open a free floating. And you can save your attachments anywhere -- locally, on your own Server or in the Cloud.
Manage Files right from Act!
Attaching scans takes just a couple of clicks. Just click the Scan button on the Act! Toolbar, give it a name and click finish. That's it! Your scan is now available in the Tab below or The Free-Floating Window.
Scanning Documents Into Client Folder, Easy as 1,2,3
The FileManager creates a file structure so intuitive and easy to use, you'll be up and running with virtually no learning curve. Installation typically takes less than two minutes. Once installed, you click on The FileMangaer Button and choose where you want your file structure. Once created, FileManager can make unique folders for every Contacts and/or Company and then migrate all of your existing documents. You literally have every document associated with your Contacts/Companies at your fingertips in minutes. Never search for an attachment again!
